Within the framework of the Summer Courses of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, ANKARIA Foundation sponsors the course Electoral reform in Spain. The opening ceremony was conducted by José Bono, President of the Congress of Deputies and its closure by Dña. Esperanza Aguirre, President of the Community of Madrid.
