The Ankaria Foundation opens the XI edition of the ARTIST BOOK AWARD.
This contest represents a unique opportunity for those who seek to explore and expand the frontiers of artistic expression through the book format.
Your participation will not only contribute to the enrichment of the cultural scene, but will also allow your work to be recognized and appreciated in a context of great prestige.
We encourage you to submit your proposals and take part in this call that celebrates creativity and the dialogue between art and books.
The Ankaria Artist’s Book Prize is endowed with the following amounts:
- 3,000 € for the first selected work, winner of the IX Ankaria Artist’s Book Award.
- 1.500 € for the second selected work, finalist of the Award.
- 1,000 € for the first work selected from among those submitted to the Prize by artists under 28 years of age who have not won either of the two aforementioned prizes, which will be the winner of the Javier Rosón Pérez Special Prize for Artist’s Books by young creators.
Each artist may submit only one finished work.

Attach a pdf file, no larger than 10MB, explaining the concept, development and technique of the book.
The call for entries will be open until September 8, 2024.
