The objective of this course is to provide the necessary knowledge to differentiate the characteristics of each technical process determining the differences between, for example, a lithography and an etching. The course is not intended to explore the technical processes of printmaking, because there are already plenty of workshops and bibliography on the subject, what we propose is to analyze the final art product you get at an art gallery, museum, etc, providing the necessary tools to the participants to enable them to discern which technique is performed with a stamp.
We will also analyze the main techniques of graphic creation and will present the guidelines for knowledge of the different parts that make a print.
