Daniel Verbis, winner of the III Ankaria Artist Book Award
Daniel Verbis (León, 1968) has won the first prize of the III Ankaria Artist Book Award, that this year has reached its third edition. Verbis has been imposed himself with “Double Voyeur”, to 212 projects from all over the world that have attended the call, representing a new record of participation and the development of an Award that was born three years ago to promote the creation of artist’s books.
Also, in response to the high level of quality of the works presented, the jury awarded two second prizes to projects submitted by Albano (“Greece”) and Virginia Rota and Elsa Paricio (“Saudade”).
